Biography

  • He received his Civil Engineering degree from Aleppo University in 1974, and he is currently working in Qamishly, Syria.
  • He was affiliated with the Assyrian Democratic Organization since 1970, and a member of its leadership since 1976, I was honored with the position of the first official for two terms, the first as an official of the Central Committee and the second as an official of the Political Bureau. Currently the official of the Office of Culture and Studies.
  • He was arrested twice because of his membership in the organization and his political activities, the first in 1986 and the second in 1997.
  • The membership of the Syrian People’s Assembly was honored by the fifth legislative session 1990-1994, representing the Assyrian Democratic Organization (ADO).
  • Represented the organization in leading the Damascus Declaration for National Democratic Change 2006-2008
  • Member of the Follow-up Committee to the 2015 Cairo Conference, representing the Assyrian Democratic Organization (Mtakasto/Mtakasta)
  • Facilitator of the follow-up committee to the Al-Jazeera National Forum 2017-2019
  • He participated in many national conferences and activities, including the International Syriac Heritage Conference (America) 1999, the Assyrian International Festival in Moscow 1993 and a conference for Assyrian institutions in Moscow 1995, the Syriac Heritage Conference in Beirut 2004, Baghdad National Chaldean Syriac Assyrian Conference 2003, the Syriac Heritage Conference of the Antonine Order in Damascus 2004. 2006 Chicago Convention, Bangkok UNESCO Conference on the Protection of Endangered Peoples in 2007, the Syriac Language (Surat Dialect) Conference at Salahuddin University, Barbel 2017.
  • Participated in most of the Syrian opposition conferences, including the Istanbul Conference 2012, Rome Conference 2012, Cairo Conference 2015, Riyadh Conference 2015.
  • He participated in the Cairo International Conference on Liberalism and Secularism in 2005.
  • He participated in four workshops of the Jerusalem Center for Political Studies in Amman and Beirut, 2012-2016
  • He participated in the Barbel conference entitled "Mosul and Raqqa after ISIS" held by the Rodao Center for Political Studies 2016.
  • Professor George Rizk Allah participated in his translation of the Bible in the Syriac-Aramaic language (a dialect of Maaloula) by checking it and writing it for the first time in the Syriac script. It was printed by the Aramaic Bible Translation Foundation in 2018.
